Rocket Title Services was founded by Felix G. Montanez, Esq., a Real Estate Attorney in the Tampa Bay Region. Felix saw a need for fast, professional, and hands on title services.
Rocket Title Services is a boutique, locally owned business. We pride ourselves on keeping the closing process stress free and along with our in-house real estate attorney, we get even the toughest deals closed.
Our underwriter is Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
