At Rocket Title, we believe in transparency. We provide you with a detailed breakdown of these costs upfront, so you understand the financial aspects of your transaction and there are no surprises at closing. We understand that navigating the complexities of title charges can be daunting, so we would like to take this opportunity to explain the various fees associated with our services and what each charge encompasses.

Settlement Fee – $650

This fee covers the essential administrative and processing services related to your closing.

Title Policy Cost

The cost of the title policies to be issued to the Buyer and/or Buyer’s Lender is based on promulgated rates set out in Florida Statutes and is based on the purchase price and loan amount.

Additional Charges

In addition to the settlement fee and title policy costs, the parties in the transaction will have to pay additional closing costs.
